The Society Against Violence Everywhere (S.A.V.E.) foundation is a proactive community organization dedicated to driving positive change that supports a safe and violence free community through the funding of educational initiatives, community programs, services and activities with a focus on youth.
S.A.V.E. will support new and existing programs, services and events through community fund raising events and donations, corporate and private.

| What is the Walk to End Violence? |
The Walk to End Violence is a walk of hope. Hope for our future kids to live a lifestyle free from bullying, fighting, gun and gang wars. The walk to End Violence is for everyone. Everyone who has ever been touched by violence, or anyone who never wants to be. The funds raised by this walk will go towards Durham's youth to educate them through programs, projects and educational incentives.
On one amazing day, Sunday, June 4th 2006 , thousands of kids and adults will hit the street, starting at the Civic Centre in Oshawa for a 5km Walk in a bold display of courage and commitment to end the violence here in Durham. This extraordinary day is about supporting youth that need your help in getting on the right track in life.
